Program Manager

Responsible for managing and mentoring multiple Project Managers and senior level project management services assigned.

Essential Duties
  • Manage project development and program management from beginning to end
  • Develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project and project phase to endure overall project objectives and BRRFlow needs are met
  • Provide program management for multiple sites and states
  • Manage every aspect of the development process including consultants, general contractors, vendors, specialty contractors, budgets, internal departments, and developers
  • Facilitate and define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
  • Communicate clearly at all levels within BRRFlow
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through timely response and proactive solutions
  • Guide the BRRFlow team through the design implementation process including conceptual, schematic, design development and construction documentation and signoff
  • Develop procedures for distribution, receipt, opening, levelling, and award of projects and services
  • Facilitate initiation of all critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal staff, key stakeholders and external users to ensure responsibilities are efficiently, accurately, and efficiently communicated and understood by all concerned
  • Resolve high level conflicts by making broad decisions, or negotiating with affected senior management
  • Possible travel/in field work
Skills
  • Read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries. Make persuasive presentations on complex topics and respond to questions from management, public groups, clients and/or customers.
  • Demonstrates leadership skills with ability and willingness to face challenges, solve problems, and motivate others, while maintaining effective relationships with customers by meeting or exceeding their requirements and expectations. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to adapt and learn new technical, imaging techniques under constantly changing competitive marketing demands.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 9 years of comprehensive PM experience; 5 years retail/building/development/construction project management experience
  • Experience with full project life cycle from planning through facilities maintenance
  • Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and space planning concepts
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level within BRRFlow as well as external team members (architects, contractors, BRRFlow’s representatives, etc.)
  • Fully competent at managing all types/sizes of projects
Education
  • BS or BA Degree, or similar experience
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite
  • PMP or LEED certification preferred
Pay Range

80,000.00 - 120,000.00
