Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the support of engineering and manufacturing
• Monitor partner weights and center of gravity
• Calculate weight from engineering documents
• Prepare weight status report, weight and balance report and weight estimates
• Support trade studies, initiate weight optimization activities, and generate inertia data and mass distribution report
• Participate in Change Management Process and incorporate changes into deliverables

Skills, knowledge & experience

• You must have a university degree in engineering/aerospace and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience related to aircraft industry
• A good knowledge of aircraft structures, systems and completions is required
• Aerospace experience in mass properties is required
• You must have a good knowledge of CATIA V5 and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and work under pressure
• Be well organized, self motivated and a good team player
