Production Supervisor – Antec Controls

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team, with openings available for both day and evening shifts. We’re looking for technically inclined, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities efficiently and accurately.

The Successful Candidate's Responsibilities Will Include

• Overseeing the performance of processes and employees in Antec Controls.
• Organizing, managing, and evaluating the effective utilization of resources
• Managing orders and ensuring customer needs are met.
• Troubleshooting production issues with support from senior operators.
• Provide appropriate and consistent feedback to direct reports.
• Coaching and collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality products are built in a safe, cost-effective, timely manner.
• Ensuring department compliance with company policies and procedures.
