A leading international defence company in Winnipeg is seeking a Production Controller to oversee planning and maintenance activities for aircraft. This role involves tracking maintenance schedules, collecting data, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates should have planning experience or be a licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME), alongside strong communication skills and knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations. Expected Salary Range $67,021 - $83,776
To determine final salary, Babcock considers a variety of factors including the successful Candidate’s skills and experience and internal equity. The final base salary offer is at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.

The Production Controller is responsible for carrying-out the following functions, or as deemed necessary by the PRM of the AMO and the Customers PRMC of the AOC for the planning of scheduled maintenance tasks including heavy winter maintenance on aircraft operated by the company for the MAFF contract.
