As a Production Chef, you will coordinate and prepare a large volume of meals daily, ensure appropriate portions and presentation, plan production, delegate tasks and manage kitchen staff, and control and recycle surplus production.
We're looking for someone with a degree or diploma in culinary management, 3 years of foodservice or related management experience in high volume, food production environment, excellent leadership and organizational skills, solid knowledge of hygiene and occupational health and safety standards, and customer service oriented and strong communication skills.
