KEY ACCOUTABILITIES:

· Processservice work orders, reports, invoices and warranty claims

· Preparequotes and invoices for customers

· Assistwith scheduling to maximize productivity

· Assistwith work-in progress in a timely fashion

· Monitorwork-in-progress reports with Product Support Supervisor/Service Manager andTechnicians to manage company objectives within the invoicing process

· Providesupport on time-card entry for payroll and work order purposes

· Maintainservice history within Service Scheduler

· Ensureinternal and external customer requirements are met in an efficient,knowledgeable and professional manner

· Ensureinternal company vehicle maintenance is completed as recommended bymanufacturer

· Monitorrental fleet utilization and maintenance contracts to ensure maintenance asrecommended by OEM

· Monitortelematics for equipment maintenance scheduling and equipment issues for bothinternal/external customers

· Maintaintraining register for all technicians and employees

· Maintaintravel log for all remote site staff and co-ordinate staff travel logisticsincluding, flights, accommodations and customer protocol registration

  • Promote customersatisfaction and follow up repairs

· Participateand promote in safe and environmentally sound work behaviors and practices atall times in support of Readyquip’s Health and Safety Policy/Program(s) andbest practices

· Specialprojects as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bilingualin French and English, oral and written

· 2+years equivalent experience in coordinator role

· Acustomer centric self-starter with excellent analytical, organizational,interpersonal and communication skills

· Selfmotivated, adaptable to constantly changing priorities and schedules with asense of urgency in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

· Heavyequipment certified technician possessing either: journeymen, red seal orequivalent certificate, preferred

· Workingknowledge in heavy equipment industry

· Mustbe able to read and understand prints (hydraulic & electrical), drawing andtechnical bulletins

· Mustpossess good relationship management, interpersonal and communications skills

· Workevening shifts and weekends as required

· Completedpost-secondary education

· A teamplayer with a strong customer service orientation.

· Goodorganizational skills.

· Musthave a good driving record (copy of drivers’ abstract may be required)

· Excellentcommunication, negotiating, analytical and organizational skills

· Knowledgeablewith Microsoft applications along with basic computer skills

· Workingknowledge of competitors equipment

· Effectiveteam player with strong business with good judgment
