As a Product Owner, you will serve as the critical link between business strategy and execution. You will collaborate with Product Management, stakeholders, and Agile teams to define, prioritize, and deliver value through features and user stories. The Product Owner is accountable for maximizing the value delivered by the team, ensuring alignment to business objectives, and continuously refining the team backlog to meet customer and market needs.
You will partner closely with Product Managers to understand strategy and vision, and then translate that into actionable backlogs and stories that guide Agile development teams. You will ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and continuously refined, helping teams deliver high-quality solutions in alignment with customer and business outcomes.
The typical base salary range for this position is CAD $110,000 - $138,000 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, and relevant qualifications.
The salary ranges provided in this posting are specific to roles based in Ontario, Canada, and reflect the cost of labor and market data unique to this province.
