Nasdaq is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for our Sustainability Solutions business. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, this role bridges product strategy, sales, and marketing to drive growth and impact in the sustainability sector. You will champion Nasdaq’s suite of sustainability products—including Metrio, Sustainable Lens, and Sustainability & Climate Advisory—ensuring our solutions resonate with buyers and support commercial success.
You’ll leverage market knowledge, regulatory insight, and competitive intelligence to position Nasdaq Sustainability Solutions as the preferred choice for companies navigating sustainability reporting, compliance, and transformation. Attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex value propositions clearly are essential.
Market & Product Expertise: Become an expert on sustainability trends, regulations, and buyer needs. Document and present insights to educate internal teams and inform product strategy.
Messaging & Positioning: Collaborate with Product and Advisory teams to develop differentiated messaging for sustainability solutions, translating technical features into market-ready, impactful narratives for key personas (e.g., sustainability leaders, controllers, compliance managers, CFOs).
Go-To-Market Orchestration: Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to launch high-performing campaigns that drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and expansion. Support product launches and upsell initiatives for our suite of software and advisory solutions.
Sales & Marketing Enablement: Create compelling collateral (emails, videos, fact sheets, webinars) that support integrated campaigns and product promotions. Maintain a development plan for resources and coordinated campaign planning.
Strategic Partnerships: Manage relationships with key industry and technology organizations to amplify Nasdaq’s sustainability brand and thought leadership.
Stakeholder Management: Deliver high-quality presentations and written communications. Balance priorities across product, sales, and advisory teams.
Project Management: Lead and oversee key marketing projects, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate resources and ensure successful execution. Deliver data-supported reporting on go-to-market learnings, validating your strategy and sharing learnings with key stakeholders regularly.
Customer & Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies. Monitor sustainability reporting trends and regulatory changes.
