Overview

Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to join our growing CX SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Product Marketing team. In this role, you will craft messaging, build marketing go-to-market programs, and deliver compelling content that drives awareness, demand generation, sales execution, and partner success. You will collaborate across product, digital marketing, sales, and partner teams to amplify our market presence and ensure our solutions meet evolving customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop messaging and a strategic plan aligned with digital marketing.
  • Amplify digital review platform importance and increase the number of solution reviews.
  • Content & Demand Generation
    • Deliver a comprehensive bill of materials for digital and field marketing teams, including thought leadership content, infographics, messaging, website copy, product tours, solution videos, and blogs.
  • Sales & Go-to-Market Enablement
    • Create and support targeted sales play content, such as solution briefs, pitch decks, prospecting tools, social content, and video content.
  • Partner Marketing & Enablement
    • Curate messaging and materials for SAP Partner programs, including solution briefs, pitch decks, and Event-in-a-Box toolkits.
  • Market Alignment & Thought Leadership
    • Develop content that aligns SAP Sales Cloud strategy with emerging business needs and long-term trends.
    • Launch quarterly, PMM-driven release marketing programs (webinars, blogs, videos, newsletters) in collaboration with Product Management across SAP Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Enterprise Service Management, and Foundation.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product marketing or related experience in B2B enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to develop messaging, strategic marketing plans, and enablement content.
  • Experience working with digital review platforms (e.g., G2, TrustRadius, Gartner Peer Insights).
  • Strong skills in content creation across written, visual, and video formats.
  • Experience enabling sales and partner go-to-market activities.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven approach with experience measuring and reporting marketing impact.
  • Subject matter expertise in the Salesforce Automation and/or Customer Service CRM/CX enterprise software applications space.

The targeted compensation range for this position is 113,500 - 192,900 CAD. The actual amount offered will be within that range, dependent upon education, skills, experience, scope, location, etc. Any variable incentive is contingent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in Quebec.
