The ideal candidate for this role has strong communication and stakeholder-management skills as well as experience building customer-facing web apps. You will contribute to a world-class product and collaborate daily with a cross-functional team to enhance our merchant experience.

What you’ll be doing
  • Discover and define: Work collaboratively to identify and solve complex problems retail merchants are facing.
  • Communicate and Deliver: Share your understanding of business constraints and customer needs with your product team, ensuring everyone fully understands the problem and has the context needed to deliver effective solutions.
  • Own and influence: Leverage data and qualitative insights to craft and prioritize the product roadmap and gain support from teammates, colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives to deliver on it.
  • Iterate and Learn: Regularly gather customer feedback and analyze product performance to continuously refine features and improve the user experience.
  • Raise the bar: You’ll work with market-leading technologies, colleagues, and partners to create innovative solutions.
What you need to bring

We\'re looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Strong sense of ownership combined with exceptional organizational skills, enabling you to lead initiatives from product strategy through to delivery.
  • A track record of driving the development of highly scalable, public-facing SaaS applications, with a focus on high-usage user experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and compellingly, tailoring messages to different audiences and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within distributed cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, GTM, and customer success, to achieve product objectives.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging analytics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions.
  • Knowledge of the retail space environment (the life of typical merchants, workflows and their business operations)
  • Experience tracking and evaluating NPS scoring would be a plus.
