A leading educational organization in London is seeking a Product Assistant for an 8-month temporary contract. You will be integral in the publishing team, managing product submissions, translations, and internal relations. Candidates should possess a university degree and have 1-2 years of corporate experience. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential. Position Type: Full-time, 8 month temporary Ivey Business School Foundation contract (with an anticipated start date of October 2025)
Hiring Range: $41,315 - $48,630
Please note that compensation will be pro-rated to reflect the 8 month duration of the contract

The Product Assistant flourishes within a collaborative environment, leveraging their exceptional organizational and time management abilities to bolster the Product team's publishing efforts. Their responsibilities span from conducting preliminary submission reviews to managing templating, publishing translations, and delivering outstanding author service. Their keen attention to detail and adeptness at handling competing priorities are invaluable assets that greatly enhance the Product team's operations and contribute to the overall success of the Ivey Publishing team.
