Overview

Procurement & Travel Coordinator (interim contract) — Temporary (12 month contract)

MSF Canada is looking for a Procurement & Travel Coordinator who will act as the focal point for procurement, data privacy, and travel. This role supports key users in compliance and procedural requirements, builds relationships across the MSF Movement, and is a member of the Finance & Administration team.

Responsibilities
  • Procurement activities: enter and maintain data into the CLM, send contracts for online signature following the authorization grid, organize meetings with contract managers, and manage the procurement inbox.
  • Coordinate travel-related functions: receive and process travel requests, maintain relations and book with the travel agency, make Aeroplan reservations, and process travel agency invoices.
  • Support the Montreal Administrative Coordinator and replace the receptionist when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a professional administrative function.
  • Experience in procurement, contract management, or as a buyer is an asset.
  • A working knowledge of written and spoken English; French is an asset.
  • Problem solving, service orientation/relationship management, teamwork/collaboration, and initiative with proficiency level 2.
