Process Engineer

Join our team as a Process Engineer and lead technical and project initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and safety in manufacturing. You’ll apply process improvement methodologies, drive cost and waste reduction, and support new product introductions while ensuring compliance with GMP standards. If you have strong engineering expertise, experience in Lean tools, and a passion for continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you!


Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)


Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible)


Responsibilities


  • Deliver productivity improvements and enhance line reliability through process optimization.

  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to identify and implement solutions.

  • Lead cross-functional teams for new product introductions and manufacturing process changes.

  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues.

  • Research and recommend techniques, tools, and methods to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturability.


Qualifications


  • Post‑secondary accreditation in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and change management principles; Six Sigma certification is an asset.

  • Strong knowledge of process equipment, controls, and ERP systems, with advanced MS Office skills.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities to work across all organizational levels.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.
