Lexful is a stealth, AI-native, Managed Service Provider (MSP) first startup creating MSP’s next unfair advantage in the AI era. The powerful Lexful platform will not only alleviate major challenges for MSPs, but also help them generate revenues.

We're an AI-native SaaS startup building from first principles. We’re pre-launch (targeting Feb 2026) and moving fast, with a tight feedback loop between product, design, engineering, and our design partners. We’re not just bolting AI onto an old product—we’re a multi-tenant product that enables partners to drive a sell-through motion.

You’ll be joining a founding team that’s deeply committed to shipping real customer value, testing often, and iterating based on what works in the field—not just what we imagined in a whiteboard session.

Why This Role Matters

We’re looking for one of our very first Principal Frontend Engineers to help shape the foundation of our user experience and set the tone for how people interact with our product. In this role, you’ll help shape the entire experience of using AI in ways that feel simple, fast, and intuitive. You’ll be hands-on with design, product, and backend teams from day one, to bring polished, high-performing UIs to life, and iterate quickly based on what we learn.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of core product features from prototype to production.
• Build front-end architecture that’s clean, scalable, and fast using modern framework tools like React, Vite, Tailwind, and shadcn, etc..
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, responsive UIs.
• Implement real-time feedback loops with AI models and backend APIs.
• Contribute to UI component systems and keep the app and design visually consistent.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teammates in tight feedback cycles.
• Participate in sprint reviews and help shape what we build next based on user feedback.
• Help make smart tradeoffs between speed and polish as we approach launch.

What We’re Looking For

• 4-6+ years of frontend experience building modern web apps.
• Strong with React (bonus if you have experience with Vite), TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
• You notice the details (from small to big) both in UX and in UI.
• Ability to move fast and build for learning, without compromising long-term quality.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a zero-to-one environment with tight timelines.
• Great communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration across different timezones.
• Experience developing APIs and/or backend services to support frontend features.
• Experience with integrating APIs and building real-time, dynamic interfaces.
• Experience (or curiosity) around AI/LLM-powered products.

Bonus Points

• You’ve been part of an early-stage startup or a zero-to-one product builds.
• You’ve built internal tools or productivity software before.
• You have opinions and thoughts on building intuitive UIs around AI-generated content or workflows.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, etc.) and performance monitoring.
