A Day in the Life MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
- The PFA's responsibilities include preparing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Strat Plan, and the quarterly and monthly forecast revisions, analyzing monthly financial results, developing financial models and provide impact-based business partnering support to Commercial leadership team.
- As a PFA, you will also be responsible for providing key financial guidance and business critical insight to stakeholders across the organization.
- In this role you will be responsible to drive collaboration and play a leading role managing the financial activities of Integrated Business Process (IBP) to support cross-functional IBP team including Planning and Commercial. This includes the necessary financial inputs including latest revenue forecasts as well as financial Risks & Opportunities
The PFA will also require strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial information in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads the reporting automation and AI integration projects within the FP&A team.
- Performs and analyzes financial modeling, economic research, trends and studies subjects such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, cash flow, investments, and cost against budget, variance analysis, forecasting, financial planning and expense comparisons by analysis of profit and loss statements and/or income statements.
- Prepares reports of findings and recommendations, compiles and consolidates financial plans and provides insights to management.
- Develops, maintains, and establishes operational specifications for financial information systems considering such things as information flow, volume, ad hoc reporting, and analysis.
- May provide analysis on business development and may monitor business performance by unit, division or group.
- Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)
- Trusted advisor to the business and provide financial insight and guidance to key commercial decisions.
- Prepare AOP, rolling forecast, monthly forecast as well as regular latest estimates of financial results.
- Provide current revenue forecast including Risk & Opportunities to the IBP process.
- Understand key business drivers and track KPI's for business performance.
- Member of the Finance Department providing analytical support and financial acumen to various levels of Management and other Functional areas
- Member of Regional / Divisional Management team providing impact-based business partnership support
- Provide on-going financial presentation support.
- Assist senior management and team members with multiple requests.
- Develop and provide recommended solutions to complex problems within the Finance department.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree, or;
- Advanced degree
JOB EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with a bachelor’s degree, or;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with an advanced degree.

- Working knowledge of SAP
- Working knowledge of GSR (Global Sales Reporting)
- Working knowledge of OneStream
JOB EXPERIENCE
- Previous Business Partnering support role
- Experience working with a Commercial Business Unit
- Experience presenting out financial results to leadership and cross functional teams
