We are seeking a strategic and analytical Pricing Analyst to lead the pricing function in our dynamic Fleet Management business. You will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that enhance profitability, support sales growth, and maintain competitiveness in the market. This role requires close collaboration with sales, finance, operations, and product teams to ensure pricing models align with customer needs and business objectives.

Pricing Strategy & Governance

  • Ensure pricing aligns with company guidelines while remaining competitive in the market.
  • Design and lead strategic pricing models for fleet and service offerings.
  • Support and implement pricing strategies across vehicle leasing, fleet services, and value-added offerings.

Commercial Support

  • Partner with the sales team to evaluate custom pricing proposals and large fleet tenders.
  • Support new business opportunities with pricing models and risk analysis.
  • Collaborate financial viability for new products and integrate to pricing model.

Analytics & Performance

  • Conduct regular margin analysis and recommend adjustments to optimize profitability.
  • Use data analytics to evaluate customer segmentation and price sensitivity.
  • Work closely with finance, operations, procurement, and marketing to align pricing with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and risk tolerances.

Process Improvements & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to automate pricing processes using technology and software tools.
  • Continuously improve pricing tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or commercial management—preferably in fleet, automotive, leasing, or logistics.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial modeling experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, pricing software/tools, and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of cost drivers and revenue models.

Desired Characteristics

  • 4+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or strategic roles.

Complexity & Independent Judgement – Act as a strategic advisor to Sales, Finance, and Product teams.
