Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of experience in public affairs, policy, or government relations, preferably in the healthcare or medical device sector.
  • Strong understanding of healthy policy, regulatory frameworks and political processes in Canada.
  • Experience working with national and provincial authorities and policy-making bodies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement public affairs strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Monitor health policy developments and regulatory changes.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders including health authorities and patient advocacy groups.
  • Advocate for policies that support innovation and reimbursement of automated insulin delivery technologies.
