Job summary

An Indigenous governance organization in Lillooet, BC seeks a full-time Policy Advisor to guide policy development and support intergovernmental initiatives. You will lead the full policy cycle, conduct research, and prepare decision support materials while ensuring alignment with community needs and cultural protocols. Ideal candidates should have a background in Public Policy, Law, Indigenous Studies, or similar fields, alongside relevant policy experience. Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of progressive policy experience in Indigenous governance or related settings.
  • Ability to travel within the territory and undergo a criminal record check.
