Job Details
Job Responsibilities
  • Promote strong teamwork, clear communication, and employee engagement.
  • Drive a safety-first culture focused on prevention, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Plan and manage labour, production, and distribution schedules.
  • Oversee daily operations, resource utilization, and production efficiency.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain hands‑on involvement in plant operations.
  • Manage the facility budget and employee hiring, training, and performance.
  • Support special projects and reporting as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the Food Manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety standards and HACCP experience.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Leadership skills to manage a food processing facility.
