A regional healthcare organization in Ontario is seeking a Placement Coordinator to manage client admissions to long-term care homes. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a valid membership from a relevant regulatory body and has strong communication and client assessment skills. This temporary full-time position offers a hybrid work model. Competitive salary ranging from $41.92 to $51.91/hour is provided.

Hybrid work model, subject to change. Regular travel within the geographical region of Ontario Health atHome Central East may be required. A valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle are necessary.
