Position

As a Physiotherapist with MyWish Healthcare Solutions, you will play a key role in supporting clients directly in their homes throughout the Niagara Region. You will provide individualized, evidence‑based physiotherapy services that empower clients to maintain independence, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life. What You Will Do

• Complete physiotherapy assessments in home settings.
• Create tailored treatment and mobility plans.
• Deliver therapy, gait training, and exercise programs.
• Teach safe movement principles to clients and caregivers.
• Document assessments and progress.
• Coordinate with RNs, RPNs, PSWs, and physicians.
• Recommend equipment and home safety modifications.

What You Bring

• Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• Strong assessment and rehabilitation skills.
• Knowledge of mobility devices and fall‑prevention.
• Clear, timely documentation.
• Compassion, adaptability, and professional communication.
• Current CPR, clear VSC, liability insurance, and ability to travel.
