Job Description:
The Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) is seeking a skilled and creative event photographer to capture the energy, people, and places of the 2026 Conference on Architecture, held at the Sheraton Wall Centre in Vancouver. The photographer will document conference sessions, networking events, exhibits, awards ceremonies, and architectural tours, providing dynamic images for use across RAIC’s national marketing, communications, and archival platforms.
The photographer will document the 2026 RAIC Conference on Architecture in Vancouver (May 5–8, 2026) through comprehensive photo coverage of sessions, keynote events, networking activities, exhibits, architectural tours, the Celebration of Excellence, and more. Working closely with the RAIC conference and marketing teams, the photographer will capture candid, posed, and architectural images that reflect the vibrancy and professionalism of the event. Conference activities will take place primarily at the Sheraton Wall Centre Vancouver, with additional off‑site venues throughout downtown Vancouver. Deliverables include daily uploads of edited photos following RAIC naming conventions and select real‑time images for social media use.
$1,750 (inclusive of all expenses)
