As a Pharmacy Assistant with Walmart Canada in Regina, SK, you will support the Pharmacist with the technical and administrative aspects of prescription filling, helping ensure accurate, timely service while enabling the Pharmacist to focus on patient care. About the role: Pharmacy Assistant

The Pharmacy Assistant assists with receiving and assessing prescriptions for completeness, prioritizing prescriptions according to guidelines, and performing computer-based pharmacy functions as directed by the Pharmacist. You will help interpret written prescriptions, process refills, update patient profiles, and support report generation.

You will also assist with prescription filling under Pharmacist supervision, including product selection, counting or measuring, labeling, accuracy checks, and organizing prescriptions for final verification. In addition, you will support inventory control, housekeeping, clerical filing, and OTC operations as required.
