Summary:

To manage the operations of the Pharmacy while on duty, including providing consultation to customers and healthcare providers, practicing to full scope in professional services, dispensing medication, and assisting in the maintenance of the dispensary.

Responsibilities:

• Pharmacy and Customer Service: Acknowledge all customers, practice within legal requirements, ensure privacy, provide counselling, practice to full scope, be identifiable, ensure prescription accuracy, communicate with healthcare professionals, maintain records.
• Workflow and Inventory Management: Control access, review workflow queues, manage stock and expired inventory, oversee stock levels and orders, comply with regulations regarding controlled substances.
• Operations: Maintain store image, handle financial reports, respond to store communications, file incident reports.
• Experience, Skills & Qualifications: Independent decision-making, team leadership, business development, customer service excellence, professionalism, problem-solving, computer skills, safety procedures, ongoing training.
