Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Practice

• Provide prescription and OTC counselling
• Ensure accurate dispensing and compliance with all regulatory/standards requirements
• Deliver full-scope professional services
• Collaborate with other health‑care providers to support patient care

Workflow & Inventory

• Maintain dispensary security and patient confidentiality
• Manage workflow queues, documentation, and will‑call bins
• Monitor inventory, expired product, and ordering
• Adhere to all controlled‑substance regulations

Operations

• Maintain professional, organized work areas
• Review/action store communications
• File medication or privacy incident reports
