Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the Director’s diary, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Acting as a first point of contact for clients, handling calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
  • Preparing meeting agendas, briefing notes, reports, and presentation materials
  • Supporting the preparation and organisation of client files, records, and documentation
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, events, and conferences
  • Assisting with workflow management and following up on key actions and deadlines
  • Drafting correspondence and maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Supporting basic financial administration, such as expenses and invoicing
  • Conducting research on behalf of the Director and wider leadership team
