The opportunity

We are seeking motivated Consultants to work on impactful HR transformation projects with our dynamic People Consulting team. This entry level role is ideal for someone passionate and eager to contribute to transformative projects that align HR practices with organizational goals, particularly focusing on HR systems such as Dayforce Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors, and UKG.

Your key responsibilities
  • Assist in assessing current HR processes and systems, including Dayforce Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors, and UKG.
  • Support the identification of areas for improvement and the implementation of best practices.
  • Help develop and execute HR transformation roadmaps.
  • Work with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis and recommendations.
  • Support client discussions – requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, testing and drive deployment.
  • HCM / HR technology knowledge and implementation experience ideal.

To qualify for the role you must have
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must be eligible to obtain Federal Security Clearance.
  • 1+ years of Consulting experience.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and technologies, including Dayforce Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors, and UKG.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to travel.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • HR Systems Implementation experience or functional experience working with Dayforce Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors, and UKG.
