This position involves generating leads, developing client prospecting lists, and managing the sales process to exceed established quotas. With a competitive base salary of $100k plus commissions and bonuses, top performers can earn over $250k in the first year. Our client is a certified PEO in business for over 20 years. They need an Outside Sales Executive with complex selling experience (PEO or HCM sales) to increase market share and organizational growth through negotiating and closing new business deals.
This is a WFH position so you can live anywhere in CA. Ideal for a metrics driven Individual Contributor who has a proven pattern of success (consecutive President's Clubs, awards, etc.). Please note : This is not a director role or managerial role.
Full suite of benefits : 401k, Medical, dental and vision offerings, STD & LTD, Paid Time Off , Paid Holidays , Monthly Entertainment Expense Account, laptop, iPad, mobile phone, printer / scanner and CRM database (Salesforce) all for set up of your home office. Mileage reimbursement and $75 monthly cell phone payment.
Base salary of $100k, residual commissions (for lifetime of account) AND quarterly company bonuses. Most salespeople at $250k+ first year (top people $300k+).
