Body ’n Balance Physio & Wellness Clinic – Wasaga Beach celebrates 20 years of exceptional care, a supportive clinic culture, and a true “one team, one dream” approach. We’re growing our team and are looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator to help keep our clinic running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
This role blends front desk administration with hands-on support for patients and therapists. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that makes every patient’s experience positive from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Administrative tasks:
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Processing billing and payments
- Managing insurance submissions and paperwork
- Filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate records
- Answering phones and emails
- Support/assistant tasks:
- Greeting and assisting patients to ensure a positive experience
- Coordinating with therapists for smooth patient care
- Setting up and cleaning treatment equipment
- Assisting patients with simple exercises, mobility, or use of assistive devices (crutches, walkers, etc.)
- Providing hands-on support to patients as part of their care (must be comfortable with direct interaction)
- Supporting therapists with modalities (heat/cold packs, TENS, etc.) when appropriate
- Light cleaning duties (laundry, sanitizing, tidying clinic areas)
- Helping with day-to-day clinic operations as needed
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with patients
- Confident and comfortable providing hands-on support when needed
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and adapt in a busy clinic environment
- Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office (knowledge of scheduling or medical software is a plus)
- A team player who’s willing to roll up their sleeves and pitch in where needed

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or healthcare experience is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Physical ability to handle cleaning, laundry, and assisting patients as needed
Schedule & Hours
- Clinic is open Monday to Friday
- Shift: 2:00 p.m. to close — typically 7:00 p.m. (6:00 p.m. on Fridays), with occasional later finishes if a patient needs to be accommodated
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $18–20/hour, based on experience
- After a 3-month probation period, you’ll be eligible for our Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) plan

- This position is based at our Wasaga Beach clinic
Start Date
- We’re aiming for a start date in late October to early November
