Position: Parts Administrator

Dealership: Saskatoon Motor Products

Location: Saskatoon, SK

Classification: Full-Time, Immediate Hire

Saskatoon Motor Products is dedicated to providing superior service and high-quality automotive parts to our community. We are looking for an organized, reliable, and energetic Parts Administrator to join our growing team. If you enjoy a mix of administrative precision and active warehouse work, we want to hear from you.

The Role

As a Parts Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our Parts Department. This position requires strong computer skills for processing paperwork as well as the physical ability to work with stock in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately manage cash, credit, and debit transactions to reconcile till each day.
  • Paperwork Processing: Review invoices, return documentation and other inventory documents with a high degree of accuracy. Update data and enter in the Dealership Management System (DMS).
  • Verify incoming shipments against packing slips, checking for damage or shortages.
  • Participate in regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Organize parts on shelves and bins and other inventory control duties.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience in an automotive dealership or warehouse environment is an asset, but we are always willing to train the right candidate.
  • Intermediate computer skills are required. You must be comfortable learning new software (DMS) and using various software packages like Excel & the Google Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
