Responsibilities
  • Performing clinical assessments, evaluations and taking patient history
  • Offering treatment options and guidance to patients on our platform
  • Order, interpret and perform diagnostic tests
  • Develop plans for care including prescribing medications or therapies
  • Collaborate and consult with care team and stakeholders as needed
  • Embrace and model our culture of treating each patient with respect and enthusiasm, and ensuring that the team delivers client care excellence
Qualifications & Experience
  • Masters degree in Nursing and accredited as Nurse Practitioner
  • Hold a valid and active permit to practice in Newfoundland and Labrador as a Nurse Practitioner (Primary care or Adult)
  • Desire to work in an innovative, dynamic environment that encourages professionalism, patient outcomes and experience, and autonomy
  • Interest or prior experience in digital health
  • Registered in additional provinces
