Position Overview
We are seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale all paid advertising initiatives across Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging ad platforms. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands multi-city and seasonal campaign dynamics, and can maximize ROAS while continuously testing and refining performance.
You will own the full paid ads lifecycle—from strategy and setup to optimization, reporting, and learnings. This individual will play a key role in helping See Sight Tours grow across Canada and the U.S., driving bookings, app installs, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- Reddit Ads / future emerging platforms
- Build multi-city, seasonal, and experience-specific campaigns for 22+ markets.
- Manage ad budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, keywords, audiences, and funnels.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and attribution.
- Provide weekly analytics reports summarizing performance, insights, optimizations, and recommendations.
- Use data dashboards and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta reporting, etc.) to monitor real-time trends.
- Identify what’s working, what’s not, and why—then adjust campaigns accordingly.
Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Creative team to align paid strategies with brand objectives.
- Provide creative briefs for ad visuals and copy based on performance learnings.
- Assist in planning seasonal and city-specific marketing pushes (summer peaks, holiday travel, events, etc.).
Continuous Optimization
- Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm shifts, and industry best practices.
- Recommend new channels, tools, and strategies to improve performance.
- Build scalable processes for campaign creation, testing, and reporting.
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and at least one additional platform (TikTok, Reddit, Snap, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing multi-location or multi-market campaigns is a strong asset.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and attribution tools.
- Comfortable managing monthly budgets, pacing spend, and optimizing for ROAS/CPA.
- Strong understanding of funnel strategies and user acquisition.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to provide clear weekly reporting.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, or marketplace-style businesses is an asset (but not required).
