Job summary

A leading home improvement retailer in Canada is hiring a Freight Team Associate to manage inventory and ensure customer satisfaction. In this role, you will stock merchandise, operate equipment, and maintain safety standards. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, interpersonal and organizational skills, and 1 to 2 years of retail or distribution experience. This position works in a warehouse environment and may require overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years Retail or Distribution experience an asset.
• Knowledge of operating reach trucks, forklifts, and order picker machines an asset.

Responsibilities

• Stocking merchandise onto shelves to achieve 100% in stock.
• Packing-out and packing-down merchandise as directed.
• Maintaining aisle cleanliness and shoppability.
• Following Home Depot's Get Model of Customer Service.
