A global development organization is seeking an Organizational Growth and Development Advisor to drive strategic initiatives for operational sustainability. The Organizational Growth and Development Advisor is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that bolster the operational sustainability and expansion of Envirocare Tanzania. In this key role, you will focus on identifying and cultivating innovative business models that are in line with the organization’s mission to advocate for environmental justice, human rights, and gender equity. This will require a comprehensive evaluation of the existing operational framework, allowing to identify opportunities for enhancing financial sustainability and decreasing reliance on donor funding.
