Responsibilities
  • Developing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining supply chain management strategies that increase the efficiency and speed of supply operations
  • Develop, maintain and implement BEST PRACTICES.
  • Collaborate and communicate with other managers within the team to identify and close any gaps in policy and procedures.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to identify and improve efficiency.
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Review supplier purchasing programs with buyers to ensure they are used to get the best possible price while staying within allocated budget.
  • Strong understanding of warranty processes.
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels across all product lines to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.
  • Standardize processes and enhance systems to improve efficiency and data visibility.
  • Maintain Database to ensure accurate Part #, Pricing, Description, reorder points,
  • Oversee warehouse to ensure Cycle Counts and inventory accuracy,
  • Preparing and submitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Monitoring costs and staying within allocated budgets, and preparing reports
Skills
  • Proven experience in Purchasing, Inventory management,
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and warehouse distribution practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and their application in optimizing inventory processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Communication skills are essential

The successful Individual will be expected to take ownership of his / her position. The individual will work closely with Branch Managers, Purchasing , Sales, and Warehouse, teams within Parts and Aftermarket group as well as all internal departments.
