As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations and ensure optimal performance across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for process improvement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to the Service Manager, such as time and attendance, beans for the shop, and chargebacks for the shop.
  • Assist customers via phone and email with requests regarding invoicing and prepare credits when required.
  • Complete work order reversals and rebills.
  • Revise all new operations leases, capital leases before getting them signed, and update leases in the system to bill properly.
  • Coordinate daily yard checks and trailer check‑ins, and visual inspection of trailer units.
  • Oversee the opening and closing of rentals and leases.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a supervisory role
  • Completion of post‑secondary education
  • Intermediate - Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong customer service skills; ability to deal with strong personalities
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask
