Responsibilities
  • Assists manager with the efficient operation of the customer service departments daily operations. This is including: product returns, merchandising, pick‑ups, potential Quality Control, Claims, inventory control and office operations.
  • Supports manager with all financial and operational metrics for each area are defined and met on a monthly basis
  • Drive improvements through employee training and development, performance management, strategic planning, design of task and conceptual thinking regarding best practices
  • Align the goals and objectives of the department with that of the company; financial, service, cost reduction, maintaining efficiency and inventory management.
  • Establish a culture of high motivation, teamwork, good performance and compliance through periodic review
  • Assist with various inventory control duties including cycle count and inventory shrink/write off discrepancy research
Qualifications
  • Knowledge and use of equipment such as Power Cart, Pallet Jack, RF scanner
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office, analysis, data and generate reports
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of product
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of systems and procedures
  • Ability to motivate and multi‑task
  • Proficient knowledge of professional English verbal and written communication
  • High School diploma
  • Prefer 3 to 5 years’ experience in furniture retail or warehouse logistics
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills
  • Logistics organization and analysis
  • Experience with emphasis on customer relations, staffing, organizing, motivating, supervising, communicating and negotiating
