Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement optimization models and algorithms to enhance operational performance.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and translate them into analytical frameworks.
  • Develop predictive models to support forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, recommending continuous improvements.
  • Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with the latest operations research techniques, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in operations research, applied mathematics, statistics, or industrial engineering.
  • Proficiency in optimization and simulation tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, Gurobi, or CPLEX.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, visualization, and statistical modeling.
  • Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Experience
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in operations research, process optimization, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvement solutions and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and data-driven environment is highly desirable.
Working Hours
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible schedule and remote work available).
  • Occasional collaboration across different time zones may be required.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong logical reasoning and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Proficiency with data manipulation and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
