A leading Canadian bank is seeking an Operations Analyst to join the Production Services Team in Toronto. The role requires monitoring and processing batch applications across various platforms and handling production problems effectively. Candidates should possess an IT background with strong communication skills and organizational capabilities. What is the opportunity?
As an Operations Analyst on the Production Services Team, you will be responsible for the monitoring and processing of batch/online applications across the multiple platforms that reside in the Ontario Computer Centre on a 7x24x365 basis using Zeke scheduler. These applications can reside in any one or multiple number of IBM z/OS mainframe environments. You will be actively involved in handling production problem situations and applying changes to the z/OS application environment.
