Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a client-facing HR support role.
• 1 year of full-cycle high-volume recruitment experience.
• Experience processing payrolls across multiple jurisdictions is an asset.
• Previous experience in benefits administration is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and HR processes.
• Manage client recruitment efforts and prepare job outlines.
• Review and manage HR software updates and spearhead implementations.
• Assist in KPI reporting and project tracking.
