Job summary

A prominent well cementing service company in Canada is hiring a Cementing Supervisor to manage personnel and ensure timely execution of cementing jobs. This role involves supervising a crew, adhering to safety policies, and maintaining high service standards. Candidates should have a valid class 1 / class A CDL driver's license, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety. A physically capable individual who can work in various conditions is preferred. The position offers a rotational schedule inclusive of time on-call.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of moving/lifting heavy objects up to 23 kg.
• Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time.
• Legally eligible to work in the country the role is based out of.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Execute successful cementing jobs according to design/client specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internally.
