In this strategic role, you’ll design and deliver impactful development programs that empower leaders, elevate talent, and drive organizational success. What You'll Be Leading
  • Leadership Development: Design and roll out innovative leadership development experiences that bring our strategic vision—and the ZIM Leadership Model—to life
  • Identify capability gaps and build interventions that make a real difference
  • Partner with regional HR teams to execute development programs and annual plans
  • Coach leaders 1:1 and in group settings to boost their impact and effectiveness
Talent Management
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify and grow top talent
  • Lead talent review processes and succession planning that build a strong pipeline for the future
Organizational Development Initiatives
  • Drive strategic OD projects including change management, team effectiveness, and culture transformation
  • Create tailored learning programs aligned with evolving business needs
Performance & Growth
  • Own and lead the annual performance management cycle
  • Champion a culture of continuous feedback and development

Requirements

As our Organizational Development (OD) Manager you’ll need to have:

  • Master’s degree in organizational development, Psychology, HR, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in OD roles in a global setting — consulting or leading transformative initiatives
  • Proven track record in managing teams and driving cross-functional projects
  • High-level fluency in English and Hebrew
  • Advanced skills in Office tools — especially PowerPoint
  • Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Comfortable working independently and under pressure
