Job description
Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing patient-centered care. As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve their maximum potential in daily living and working activities. Note this is for an independent contractor position with a flat fee preferred (starting at $250 per month depending on space used) over split revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care and effective case management.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, progress, and strategies for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
  • Stay updated on medical terminology and best practices in occupational therapy to provide the highest quality of care.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong knowledge of therapy techniques and interventions.
  • Experience working in hospital settings with a focus on acute care.
  • Proficient in patient care practices and case management strategies.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to occupational therapy.

Job Type : Part-time

Pay : $31.14-$68.73 per hour
