The Role
We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our new clinic in Fredericton. In this role, you will provide high-quality, in-person assessment, screening, and therapeutic care in a supportive, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the care journey: Take ownership of comprehensive clinical assessments and design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect your professional judgment.
- Practice with authority: Prescribe and manage therapeutic care aligned with patient needs, exercising the full scope of your NP expertise.
- Set the standard in care: Deliver empathetic, efficient service that empowers patients and enhances outcomes in a primary care environment.
- Shape best practices: Maintain accurate, confidential records that reflect your professional integrity and leadership in compliance with standards and legislation.
- Drive collaboration: Work as a partner within an interdisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring your expertise shapes holistic care delivery.
- Be at the forefront: Stay ahead of emerging practices and evolving standards, positioning yourself as a leader in modern nurse practitioner care.
What We’re Looking For
- Registration as a Nurse Practitioner in good standing with the College of Nurses of New Brunswick
- Master of Science in Nursing (or other relevant graduate degree preferred)
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-direction
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and digital tools
- BLS certification and additional liability coverage required
- Legal right to work in Canada (no sponsorship available)
