Operations Manager – North East Region (North Bay)

We are seeking a strong, people-focused Operations Manager to lead nursing and clinical operations across the North East region. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role provides leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient delivery of community-based care services.

This position is based in North Bay and requires travel throughout the North East region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support nursing and clinical management teams across the region
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure timely, coordinated, and high-quality care delivery
  • Monitor operational and performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
  • Partner with clinical leaders, scheduling teams, and shared services to support care excellence and compliance
  • Support budgeting, resource planning, and productivity tracking
  • Ensure compliance with funder requirements, legislation, and organizational policies
  • Support contingency planning and provide leadership coverage when required
What You Bring
  • Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses
  • 3–6 years of nursing experience, preferably in home or community care
  • 3–5 years of leadership or operations management experience
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and community care models
  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with AlayaCare is an asset
  • French language skills are an asset
