Job summary

A growing North American organization is seeking a Human Resources Manager with strong cross-border HR expertise. This leadership role requires a seasoned Senior HR Generalist capable of driving HR operations to support compliance and growth across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in HR management, strong knowledge in U.S. and Canadian HR policies, and the capability to develop scalable HR programs. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact during a period of rapid expansion.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian HR policies and practices.
  • Proven experience in payroll and HRIS/timekeeping systems.
  • Background in employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operations across U.S. and Canadian sites.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with employment policies in both countries.
  • Develop scalable HR processes to support business growth.
  • Support conflict resolution and employee relations.
