Qualifications

• Must pass the NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist exam within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 2 years experience in acute care as a Respiratory Therapist preferred.
• PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care including diagnostic testing and oxygen delivery.
• Assess and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment.
• Participate in educational in-services and department tasks.

Proficient with MS Office applications

Set up and operate respiratory equipment

2-year AMA-approved Respiratory Care Program
