Overview

We’re looking for a .NET Developer to help build the future of NPX's client-facing applications. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in shaping applications that reduce manual effort for engineers, increase the visibility of critical metrics, and help teams mitigate risk before issues escalate. You’ll develop scalable back-end infrastructure to support the people who keep nuclear facilities safe and reliable, collaborating with engineers, analysts, and product designers to bring ideas to life and evolve applications that have become essential infrastructure for clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive applications using .NET and C#.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
• Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Develop and maintain database schemas, stored procedures, and SQL queries.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including front-end developers, product managers, product designers, and data analysts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a software developer using .NET and C#.
• Experience building fast, visually appealing consumer-facing, scalable web apps.
• Solid knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Strong skills in API development and systems integration.
• Good working knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
• Proficient with deploying DevOps and CI / CD pipelines, and performing manual and automated testing in agile environments.

Bonus points

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Startup experience.
• A growth mindset and genuine curiosity for how your work can shape tools used in critical, high-impact industries.

Compensation

Salary Range : $120-150k (Exact compensation may vary).
