Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability.
• Demonstrated expertise in reliability engineering.
• Knowledge of naval/marine systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Apply military and commercial specifications related to RMA.
• Develop and update Reliability-Centred Maintenance programs.
• Conduct reliability engineering analyses and assessments.
• Utilize modeling and analytical techniques to evaluate reliability.
• Support implementation of Equipment Health Monitoring technologies.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects.
• Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, budgets.
