Qualifications

• Must obtain a Government of Canada security clearance, necessitates Canadian citizenship and a minimum of 10 years of continuous residence.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in EMSEC and Electromagnetic Compatibility for naval platforms.
• Direct experience in TEMPEST Testing, NONSTOP Testing, Zoning Trials, and MIL-STD-461 Testing.

• Provide expert guidance and technical support for the Naval E3 Program.
• Develop and update naval policies relating to EMSEC and E3.
• Conduct and supervise E3 and EMSEC tests on naval platforms.
